Lessons from Yogi Tea – A Birthday Gift

Lessons from Yogi Tea

For the July Happy Healthy Helper blog, I am offering a gift! I did something similar almost 11 years ago in the post, Yogi Tea Blessings – A Thanksgiving Gift.”

This time, my intention is a little different. I will be turning 50 in a few days (8/2), and I could not be more excited. I MADE IT! 🎉

There were times in my 30s when I was so sick and anxious that I didn’t expect to get this far. I know that’s a bit dramatic, but I am a Leo 🦁 after all 😉. The truth is that while my goal has always been to support others in gaining greater health and happiness, I wasn’t sure I could ever get to the peaceful place I find myself today. I. AM. SO. GRATEFUL!!! 🙏🏻💖

I am thrilled to be able to keep putting my creativity into the world. Thank you for reading, following, and supporting my YouTube Channel. It means the world to me that I have platforms where I can live out my life purpose. So, without further ado, following is a collection of powerful Yogi Tea tag affirmations that I have amassed over the past decade, sorted by theme. Enjoy! ☕

Simple Truths

The beauty of the soul is constant, continuous and endless.

When the dawn of simplicity comes in life, complications leave.

Lift people up to their potential and higher self.

Steadiness comes from character and commitment.

When the mind is backed by will, miracles happen.

The greatest tool you have is to listen.

Greatness is measured by your gifts, not your possessions.

Many paths lead to the same destination; it doesn’t matter how you get there.

Your intuition is your best friend.

Uplift everybody and you uplift yourself.

Gratitude is the open door to abundance.

You will feel fulfilled when you do the impossible for someone else.

May you create peaceful harmony as your life’s purpose.

The purpose of life is to enjoy every moment.

When fear is forcing you to give up, call upon your heart’s courage to continue.

Life is best lived by focusing on your goals and dancing through all other distractions.

It is the light in the lantern which shows you the path, not the lantern.

Relate to your greatness and not to your weakness.

Be guided. Listen to the whispers of the universe.

Love & Compassion Never Fail

Your greatest strength is love.

When you act with compassion you will never be wrong.

Life is a flow of love; your participation is requested.

Everlasting impact and compassion and kindness is called love.

Let us be kind and compassionate to remove the sadness of the world.

Grace is kindness, compassion and caring.

Life is a chance. Love is infinity. Grace is reality.

Kindness is the gift of life.

Compassion creates understanding.

Where there is love, there is no question.

The only tool you need is kindness.

Be kind and compassionate and the whole world will be your friend.

In order to be remembered leave nothing behind but love.

It Begins With You

Be kind to others, but always be compassionate to yourself.

Love yourself so that you may know how to live with self-respect.

Experience will give you the power and confidence to be you

Appreciate yourself and honor your soul.

You must have self-respect; only then can you respect somebody.

The purpose of life is to know yourself and love yourself and trust yourself and be yourself.

You are equally as beautiful as the universe.

There is nothing like you, there was nothing like you, and there shall be nothing like you.

Give to others and give to yourself the same attention.

To know others is smart. To know yourself is wise.

Prosperity is within us.

Recognize that the other person is you.

The only thing that can limit you is believing that you are limited. Become limitless.

Words Matter

The essence of life is to communicate love.

May your head and heart speak with one voice.

Communicate sacredness, build it, share it and spread it.

Socialize with compassion, kindness and grace.

Say what you mean, mean what you say.

Let your heart speak to others’ hearts.

Speak to make yourself happy, don’t speak to impress others.

Reflections on Happiness

Give happiness and you will end up happy.

Happiness is actually an art of living, which is in us.

Inspiring others towards happiness brings you happiness.

The art of happiness is to serve all.

You can measure the love you bring to each day by the joy you experience in each moment.

Give & Receive with Grace

What belongs to you shall come to you.

Spread the light; be the lighthouse.

Let things come to you.

Give thanks for unknown blessings that are already on the way.

Let your need be to help those in need.

How to Support Yogi Tea

I am not  affiliated with Yogi Tea. I just really love it and the positivity they spread in this world. Here are my favorite flavors from the YogiTea Amazon account. If you order any of these, I will get a small compensation. No pressure. Buy your tea wherever you can find the best deal 😉

  • Yogi Tea Peppermint or Yogi Tea Ginger – both are excellent when you have an upset stomach or are experiencing the stomach flu. [Find more support for that at “Natural Relief for Stomach Flu”]
  • Yogi Tea Relaxed Mindthey have changed this formula over the years, which is a little disappointing. However, this is still a favorite to sip on when I am nervous over a big event or if I am flying. I keep a bag in my travel kit.
  • Yogi Tea Sweet Tangerine Positive Energythis is delicious and a great alternative to coffee. It contains a variety of adaptogenic herbs that are supportive.
  • Yogi Tea Throat ComfortI love to sip on this when I am feeling a cold or a sore throat coming on. It is especially tasty with a teaspoon of manuka honey.
