Happy Thanksgiving! I hope your holiday was filled with peace, love, joy, and energy. I add in that last one because I was sick at home too tired to head out for the annual turkey fest. But, I was still able to feel the love of family and friends through Facebook and email.
I’m not going to lie. I really didn’t want to write this newsletter. I have been dealing with a great deal of fatigue lately. Fatigue has always been one of the most frustrating symptoms of my autoimmune disease. It often comes on unexpectedly, and puts a real damper on my creativity. I’m sure you can relate on some level. Every woman I know struggles with being tired or burned out from time to time, even when chronic illness isn’t part of the equation.
